The John Rotche Impact

John Rotche
Director of entrepreneurship & NIL Engagement
Former member of the Michigan Football program and graduate from The University of Michigan, John Rotche, spent his entrepreneurial career launching and selling franchise businesses.
Soon after, Rotche turned his focus towards mentorship. He is credited for launching Michigan Football’s Team Blue internship, the International Franchise Association’s FranShip Mentorship program, The Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative for the NFL, and MPower for Michigan Football.
After serving in leadership positions for Domino’s Pizza and Krispy Kreme, Rotche launched two different franchise business of his own and grew both to over 300 locations prior to selling to a billion-dollar based Michigan company.
For over two decades, Rotche has built and scaled multiple brands across diverse industries while mentoring countless leaders and entrepreneurs—leaving a legacy of growth, innovation, and impact.
Author John Rotche wrote REACH, a book about human connection, big goals, and the power of mentorship. It’s a roadmap for success in business and life, showing how to REACH OUT, REACH HIGH, and REACH BACK.
