Robbie Emery serves as the spiritual and moral compass of Michigan Football, guiding our student-athletes to grow not just as players, but as men of integrity, purpose, and conviction. As Director of Character Development and Team Chaplain, he leads with compassion, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to helping our Wolverines align their actions with their values.

Through one-on-one mentorship, team devotionals, and faith-based leadership, Robbie creates a foundation where character is shaped, trust is built, and brotherhood is strengthened.
